Insider trading research, grounded in public disclosures
The brand stands for informed research, not privileged access. Publicly disclosed insider trading transactions can be part of your own research alongside company announcements and corporate actions. INSIDER does not currently provide an automated insider-filings feed. Never submit confidential tips or material non-public information.
INSIDER lets users create and trade binary outcomes on verifiable public financial conditions. YES and NO shares are ERC-1155 tokens backed by collateral. Creators and users supply the liquidity.
What is live
The official Stock Token registry, underlying quotes and corporate-action feed are queried directly. Wallet connection uses standard injected EVM wallets with EIP-6963 discovery. No markets, balances, historical charts or activity are simulated.
Trading requires deployed and verified INSIDER contracts. When deployment configuration is absent, you can explore data and prepare structured market drafts, but cannot deposit or trade.
Architecture
The factory deploys isolated binary fixed-product markets. Each stores immutable collateral, fee terms and an approved resolution adapter. Outcomes are collateral-backed; the application server cannot edit balances or choose a price-market winner.
Liquidity and fees
Initial liquidity creates equal YES/NO reserves. Later liquidity is added proportionally, with excess outcome shares returned to the supplier. LP withdrawals return outcome shares. Complete sets can be merged into collateral. LP fee earnings accrue separately and can be claimed.
Default fees are 0.25% protocol, 0.50% LP and up to 0.50% creator, with a hard 2% total fee cap. Fees are fixed for each deployed market. Slippage and low liquidity can make execution materially different from displayed probability.
